New info on Map Brochure - deadline Nov 1

Reminder this is the last week to get your info together and your payment in by Nov 1st - let us know how we can help you. You simply need to submit the order form with your text and then your graphic image to us via email or on cd.
A couple of changes that you might need to know. Based on input from a number of you we have revised the overall size of the map brochure to a larger 17″ x 22″. The actual size of each ad grew slightly also to a 2.75″ width and 2.5 ht. overall to include both photo and 5 lines of text. So, you could submit your graphic as large as 2.25″ w and 1.5″ h and still have room for us to put the 5 lines of text below. The text can be up to 35 or 36 characters/spaces per line, again slightly more than the original 30 characters.
Also, several people have requested a different option of using the whole 2.75 x 2.5 block for their graphic and putting the text they want in this area (over the graphic) instead of below. If you have someone who can create this for you and submit as a CMYK tiff at 300 dpi then we will accept that option. We want to have some uniformity and quality control in the overall look of the map page so please understand that your submission is subject to final approval to meet the overall standard. And of course we could create your ad for you this way for an additional charge.
